As you can learn in my Costume Jewelry Glossary, demi-parure is two pieces of jewelry meant to be worn together. In contrast, a full parure has at least three matching pieces, and might consist of four or five pieces!
This piece was designed for Avon’s Elizabeth Taylor Collection by Jose Maria Barrera around 1994. My mother was a big fan of Liz, and people often told her she looked like her!
