I remember sitting on my mom’s lap as a child, and her having a pin that she wore almost all the time. It was a silver circular pin, with two trees woven in the pin, and two deer standing among the trees. I love this silver pin, I remember sitting on her lap, and playing with it. As I grew up the styles changed, so the pin really isn’t as relative to style anymore. Now, she wears it with a few pearls, and pins the pin to the pearls, it makes it a little more trendy. It also really updates the pin. The pin was actually my grandmother’s, and I remember it from her as well as my mom. So, it’s a neat little family heirloom. I am not sure when my mom will “give” it to me, we share things for now, so it’s almost the same. We always have our hands in each others jewelry boxes.
